Positioning
Keep the evidence with the work.
Connect tasks, projects, approvals and service outcomes in Vision.
The work to improve
When work crosses teams, the reason for a decision and proof of delivery can get separated from the original request.
Start with the work people need to complete. Give it a clear owner, useful context and an intended outcome. Add project structure, dependencies and a review when the workflow needs them.
Vision brings the related evidence into the same operating conversation. A team can inspect a prerequisite, read the relevant document or review a delivery record without treating each view as another copy of the task.
What changes for your team
- Follow a request through its connected records.
- Keep owners and decisions visible as work changes.

Questions worth asking
Do tasks need a project?
No. Tasks can remain independent and later be organized into a project or subproject.
Does a connected record become visible to everyone?
No. Existing Instance, folder and record permissions continue to apply.
Does Vision replace GitHub?
No. GitHub retains repository controls, code review and merge; Vision connects that evidence to accountable work.
Scope and availability
- Module availability, customer release and external provider configuration determine the workflows available.
- A recorded completion or merge is not automatic proof of deployment or customer acceptance.
