Solutions
Make employee transitions easier to coordinate.
Bring owners, prerequisites and service requests into a reviewed journey.
The work to improve
Joiners, movers and leavers cross team boundaries. A checklist alone may not show which approval, manual step or access action is still outstanding.
A case captures the template and catalog revisions used to start it. The team can see the plan it approved even when configuration changes later.
Manual steps need an observed result and evidence reference. Provider-backed access steps report their current verification, so an old successful grant is not mistaken for access that remains active forever.
What changes for your team
- See who owns each step.
- Keep approval and effective-time conditions explicit.
- Follow related service requests and managed-access removal.

Questions worth asking
How many steps can a template contain?
A journey template supports up to twenty ordered steps with named owners and optional prerequisites.
Does a journey approval replace service approval?
No. Launched catalog requests retain their separate pinned catalog approval.
Can a leaver step delete an account?
No. The supported end-access step removes an existing accessible Vision-managed grant for that employee.
Scope and availability
- Journeys support existing Vision members and explicitly started steps.
- No unattended HR event ingestion, external account creation or arbitrary application orchestration.
