Solutions
See the work between the steps.
Use Workflow Studio to explain responsibilities, journeys and decision paths.
The work to improve
A process can look complete while its handoffs remain unclear. People need to see what moves between steps and who receives it.
Choose Architecture when the conversation is about responsibility, or Journey and Decision flow when sequence and branching matter more. The underlying steps and connections remain the same.
A useful map becomes a shared operating conversation: what happens next, what the next owner needs and which transitions need better definition.
What changes for your team
- Discuss responsibilities and transitions on the same workflow.
- Inspect full handoff context.
- Save a readable layout without changing execution.
What you can explore in Vision
- Build and System Map views
- Architecture, Journey and Decision flow presentations
- Separate saved map spacing and keyboard movement
Questions worth asking
Does moving a card run an action?
No. Layout changes affect presentation, not execution.
Will System Map rearrange Build?
No. Manual map positions are saved separately from Build coordinates.
Can we inspect a long handoff label?
Yes. Open the handoff or use the Handoffs list for its complete context.
Scope and availability
- Visual layout and animation do not execute the workflow.
- Architecture grouping and journey stages use the workflow’s existing responsibilities and connections.
